INDIGENOUS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (IBDS)

The project provides funding to Indigenous Organizations in the Province of British Columbia.

The Indigenous Business Development Services Program is funded by Western Economic Development. The program provides financial assistance to eligible applicants who want to provide training for small businesses and entrepreneurs in their community. The IBDS Program provides funding to support Indigenous Organizations through the following programs, Business Training and Capacity Building, Internship Initiative and Marketing initiative.

To be eligible for the Indigenous Business Development Services program your Organization must:

  • Indigenous Registered First Nations Bands
  • Registered Non-Profit Indigenous Organizations
  • BC Community Futures

Please review all program documents in detail as incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Completed application forms with all supporting documents should be provided electronically to IBDS by email.
